-My turnaround time is 6 weeks max-I have a Public Queue so you can stay updated without needing to reach out to me.
_{-If I have not reached out with an update, then I do not have an update.}-Ko-fi members get constant updates and see exactly what I'm working on and when. Consider joining to get even more insight to my workflow.
I will now add any and all clients to the paid section of my discord for the duration of the commission process so long as you are in the server!

YOUR RIGHTS

-You have Personal Use rights.
This means you may post to social media, use as an icon, make physical items for yourself, etc. (all with proper credit)
_{Please speak to me if you wish to sell stickers/merch of my work so we can work out a deal.}-You may add the value of the art to your character for resale. Tips are not included in this number.-You may NEVER use my art to create AI generated content or NFTs.

MY RIGHTS

-I reserve the right to use/post all art I create as examples.
_{Exceptions may be made for personal safety or surprise gifts.}-I reserve the right to not post a piece on my social media. This simply means I do not post every piece and I encourage you to do so yourself instead of asking if I will.

REFUNDS

-I can refund up to 90% as long as your card is in the "To Do" section of my public queue.-If a sketch WIP is provided and you are unhappy with the progress and do not wish to continue, then I can refund 50% upon request.-Once the sketch is confirmed, your piece is non-refundable.-Please contact me if you wish to discuss a refund. If you force a charge-back without communicating with me you will be blocked and blacklisted.-Tips are non-refundable as they are donations_{While refunds are guaranteed, they are not always instant. If I cannot afford a refund right away due to having paid bills or rent with it, I will need to take a commission to fill your spot. Please be patient while this takes place.}

EXTRA

-If you're commissioning a piece for a specific use (convention badge, phone wallpaper, twitter banner, etc.) feel free to let me know so I can accommodate! I can add names to badges, add white outlines for stickers, change the crop for banners, etc.-Feel free to ask any questions not answered by the TOS, or ask to have a point elaborated on.-Tips are not required but greatly appreciated as the platforms I use take a large percentage in fees <3
